CAHOPE
Outreach Program for Children at Risk
CAHOPE is a home for orphaned children—a program born from the Changing Lights mission to help and protect children. It is a safe, loving place for boys and girls who have faced abandonment, neglect, poverty, or extreme risk.
Here, children find protection, care, and a true sense of belonging, allowing them to heal, grow, and build brighter futures rooted in hope.

Our First-Year Anniversary
In our first year, CAHOPE opened its doors to children who needed immediate rescue, stability, and healing—and God has been faithful every step of the way. We celebrated our first anniversary with gratitude for every life transformed, every milestone reached, and every act of love poured into the home.

CAHOPE RANCH
We are on a heartfelt mission to provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children in need. Our current orphanage has been a sanctuary for many young lives, but now, we need your help to take the next big step. We are raising funds to purchase new land and build a larger, better-equipped orphanage in Oaxaca, Mexico.
About Us
We are a team brought together by a shared calling to serve. What began as three friends volunteering at an orphanage in Mexico grew into a deeper mission — to love, support, and walk alongside children who deserve safety, opportunity, and hope. Through both the joyful moments and the challenging seasons, we learned to work as one: encouraging each other, praying together, and building a vision rooted in humble, everyday acts of compassion.
Today, as Changing Lights Inc., we are committed to turning that vision into real and lasting impact. One of the ways we live out this calling is through CAHOPE, a children’s home and educational support program in Oaxaca, Mexico. Here, we work to provide stability, education, community, and a foundation of love for every child in our care.
Our hope is simple: to help shape brighter futures — in Oaxaca and, one day, wherever love calls us next.
